Construction Update (page 12)

June 16th. The plumbers are back from their fishing trip. The garage floor can be poured soon.

The window wells got finished and backfilled.

We decided to block out this front facing window of our bedroom. We still have two that are behind the cameraman. It will drive our architect crazy but will meet our needs better (there will be a tv on that wall that we don't want to wash out).

If you want a general idea of how it is supposed to end up, these are early artists renderings. Many changes have been made since these were produced but the general shape carries through.

June 17th. The roof trusses arrived and started going up late this afternoon.

The end of the day work looks a bit haphazard but every piece has its purpose.

The stairs are going in.

June 18th.

Getting ready to pour the garage tomorrow.
