July 9th.

The washer attachments.

July 10th. The roof over the porch was not wide enough so it had to be rebuilt. The architect caught the error.

Heating duct work going in.

July 11th. Another rain delay.

The chimney is framed in.

Fireplace base and shelving base.

Art nook.

July 14th. Over the weekend we had the walk-through with the electrician. He mentioned that he didn't plan to do the speaker installations. I spent Saturday evening roughing in the 5.1 system in the den and the 7.1 system in the theater (blue boxes). Already today the electrician has installed most of the outlet boxes (grey boxes).

The can lights in the ceiling are in as well.

The Tyvek will go on the rest of the house soon which means that the brick can't be far away.

July 15th. The house was abuzz with inside work. The coffered ceiling is being roughed in.

The electrician (Jan Januszewski), finish carpenter and the boss himself (Jim Hemmelgarn) all caught working.

The plumbing work is moving along fast.

The electrician's daughter Ashley is on the crew too.

The soffit lighting goes in.

The roof is nearly finished. No more pictures until after the wedding.
