Construction Update (page 21)

September 2nd. This is the color. I hope you like it. We do.

Here it is matching up with the brick.

September 3rd. More brickwork and sidewalks have gone in.

We are at the difficult point of having to pick wall colors. We are getting some professional help.

September 4th. Finally got this pillar done.

This guy was tall enough to do the basement ceiling without stilts or ladder. The basement is eight feet tall. This is nine and ten feet tall.

Dining room.

The patio is in.

September 5th. Only a missing window keeps them from finishing all the brick work.

September 8th. These are the drilling rigs for the wells for the geothermal system.

The electrician was kind enough to hook us up after hours so as not to disturb any of the other workers.

September 9th. More base coat of stucco.

Drilling more wells. Messy work.

The maintenance room gets a coat of paint.

The carcasses for our cabinets. We were visiting to discuss some colors and countertop issues.

September 10th. The last two windows arrived and were installed.

Here's the outside view. Now they can finish the brick.

The stucco is waiting for some rain to pass before any more progress.

September 11th. The interior view of the new window for Becky's study.

The mechanical equipment is arriving.
