Construction Update (page 22)

September 15th. The last of the brick is nearly done.

The stucco trim is done on this side with the main color yet to be applied.

The geothermal equipment as it starts to get connections. They were back to drilling wells today as well.

September 16th. The brick is done.

The stucco work continues.

The drywall work is done and the texture is on.

The stucco and the brick colors for your approval.

September 17th.

More stucco.

The first coat of paint (game room facing the bedrooms).

More geothermal work.

September 19th.

The upstairs is primed.

September 22nd. A few unpleasant surprises. They painted the basement - the whole basement including the ceiling which we thought would remain white.

This hole was made because the pipe that was supposed to connect the inside of the house to the wells collapsed. They are trying to dig back far enough to find somewhere that the pipe is still open.

September 23rd. The cement board for the guest shower.

They had to dig up the basement to try and get the geothermal threaded through.

The other end of the hole for the geothermal connection. Note the crushed drain pipe at the bottom.

First view of the attic above the garage.

It won't be long and I'll be able to park my boat.
