Construction Update (page 24)

October 7th. Looks even better without the scaffolding.

The coffered ceilings in Becky's study are underway.

The finished accent wall in the living room.

I guess Becky isn't the only one with bold colors. This is the theatre. Yes, I picked the colors (with help from the designer).

The cabinets are filing in (filing cabinets?).

October 8th. The guest shower tile is complete awaiting grout.

The floor heat for the tile master bathroom.

October 9th. The kitchen and owner's entry have their flooring.

More geothermal plumbing preparations.

The master bath floor is poured and awaits tile (the warming coils are buried beneath).

October 10th. More work on Becky's study.

The kitchen is starting to come together.

October 13th. The doors were put on last Friday but after I had been through.

The tile went down in the entryway.

This was my project for the weekend. I ran out of brick and my skills were lacking, so this is as high as it will get. I will put a post on top.

October 14th.

This is Monty, the finish carpenter who has been building the pillars.

More tile for the master bath.
